Check Order Status

We do our best to accommodate the approximate ship date (found in the upper right hand corner of your Sales Order) but unfortunately, we do not make any guarantees. You will receive an email via UPS-Quantum View when your order has shipped.

 We apologize that we are unable to give status updates. Please review the following reasons:

  1. We are the custom manufacturer and knit each individual item starting from a cone of yarn.
  2. During our knitting process, each item goes through multiple steps to ensure they meet our high standards of quality.
  3. Every custom order is processed through a sequence of finishing phases.
  4. Each process completion time can vary.

We value your business and time and apologize for any delays in correspondence. Unfortunately, due to a large volume of orders during our busy season, we need additional time to process orders/respond to inquiries and will get to you as soon as possible. To avoid delays in production, we kindly ask for your patience and to keep phone calls and emails regarding the status updates to a minimum.
